What's GoFreshSE?

GoFresh SouthEast is a research program that aims to test whether home-delivered, low-sodium, DASH-pattern groceries ordered with dietitian assistance via a virtual supermarket prevents hypertension among adults living in Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida.

What do I receive once I'm enrolled?

​A 4-week lifestyle intervention of either:

• Weekly groceries delivered to your door, ordered online with the help of a registered dietitian, OR 
• $300 stipend to use for grocery shopping at your convenience.

​Do I qualify?

​We are seeking participants who are:

• 18 or older
• Have elevated blood pressure or hypertension
• Live in Georgia (Atlanta), Tennessee (Nashville), or Florida
